Giraffe Civil Contracting built and developed ‘Luana Villas’ in 2003 – a private gated estate in the streets of Prospect Vale with 22 townhouses. With our team of workers, together we have completed over 25 builds. Starting mid 2021 Giraffe Civil have teamed up with Respect Aged Care to take on 65 units and Community Centre creating the ultimate aged care retirement facility. Giraffe Civil Construction will also carry out renovation’s on their current establishment Tyler Village, which is conveniently located next door to this project in Prospect Vale, Tasmania.
